Your First Visit at Balcones Family Dental
Your first visit to our office is not only about our team getting to know your oral health but also about getting to know you! At Balcones Family Dental, we encourage patients to ask questions and express concerns. A first visit typically includes a comprehensive dental exam that may include X-rays. After the exam, one of our dentists will talk with you about the findings, and together, you can create a healthy, effective treatment plan that best meets your dental needs!
Payment Options
We want to remove financial barriers so our patients can get the dental treatment they need when they need it. At Balcones Family Dental, we are a fee-for-service practice. However, we accept a variety of payment options, including cash, checks, debit, and most major credit cards, along with Health Savings and Flexible Spending plans. If you’d like to use dental insurance, we encourage you to contact us about your dental insurance plan so we can help you make the most of your benefits.
Financing Options
For patients in need of more extensive treatment or who need to extend payment over several weeks, we’re happy to share that our office also has financing options available. Our financing options include in-house financing, Lending Club, and CareCredit®.

ALPHAEON CREDIT Card Accounts are offered by Comenity Capital Bank which determines qualifications for credit and promotion eligibility. Account must be in good standing at the time of purchase. At no time will the minimum payment due be less than $27.00. Minimum interest charge is $2.00 per credit plan. Standard variable APR of 28.99%, based on the Prime Rate. Comenity Capital Bank issues ALPHAEON CREDIT Card Accounts, which can be used with participating physicians.
